This easy 3-Ingredient Pineapple Fluff Pie combines juicy crushed pineapple with fluffy whipped topping in a crisp graham cracker crust. It is a refreshing no-bake dessert that's perfect for potlucks, holidays, and warm-weather gatherings.
120-ounce can crushed pineapple in juice, well-drained
18-ounce tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
Place the thawed whipped topping in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the thoroughly drained crushed pineapple.
Gently fold the pineapple into the whipped topping with a spatula until evenly distributed and the filling is fluffy and pale yellow. Mix carefully so you don't deflate the whipped topping.
Transfer the pineapple mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust.
Spread the filling evenly and lightly smooth the surface with a spoon or spatula.
Loosely cover the pie with plastic wrap or the lid that came with the pie crust.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the filling is thoroughly chilled and set. For firmer, cleaner slices, refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
When ready to serve, cut the chilled pie with a sharp knife. Wipe the blade clean between slices for the neatest presentation.
Serve cold and keep any leftovers refrigerated.
Notes
Drain the crushed pineapple especially well before mixing it with the whipped topping. Removing as much excess juice as possible is the key to a fluffy filling that sets properly and slices cleanly.
