4-Ingredient Slow Cooker Chicken and Stuffing
This ultra-easy 4-ingredient slow cooker chicken with stuffing is a rich, hearty, and comforting meal. Tender, juicy chicken thighs are topped with a creamy, fluffy stuffing mixture. With just 10 minutes of prep, your crockpot does all the heavy lifting for a perfect weeknight dinner!
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 box of stuffing
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Prep the slow cooker: Lightly coat the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray. Place the boneless chicken thighs in an even layer at the bottom.
Mix the liquids: In a bowl, combine the chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, and half of the dry stuffing mix. Stir until blended.
Pour and layer: Pour the soup and broth mixture evenly over the chicken thighs. Sprinkle the remaining dry stuffing mix evenly over the top.
Cook: Secure the lid. Cook on LOW for 8 hours or on HIGH for 7 hours.
Serve: Serve warm straight from the slow cooker, paired with your favorite vegetables or a side salad.
