Total Time 22 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce store-bought or homemade
  • Fresh parsley chopped, optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Season the Chicken
  • In a large bowl, toss the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Cook the Chicken
  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Assemble the Wraps
  • Spread a spoonful of creamy garlic sauce onto each tortilla. Add the cooked chicken, then sprinkle cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Fold the Wraps
  • Fold the tortillas over the filling to form wraps, making sure the filling is tucked inside.
  • Melt and Crisp
  • Return the wraps to the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden brown.
  • Serve
  • Slice each wrap in half, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

For the crispiest wraps, cook them seam-side down first and avoid overfilling the tortillas. This helps seal the wrap and keeps the cheese tucked inside while it melts.
