Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 2 pounds ground sausage, cooked thoroughly
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 9 large eggs, whisked
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 small can diced green chilis
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How To Make Sausage Hashbrown Casserole

  • Preheat the oven to 350*.Cook the sausage until completely browned
  • Remove the sausage from the pan.Add a couple drops of oil and place the hashbrowns in the same skillet to lightly brown
  • Grease a 9×13 baking pan.Line the bottom with slightly cooked hash browns.Add sausage on to of the hash browns
  • Sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat.Sprinkle on the diced green chilis on top of the cheese
  • In a large bowl combine the eggs, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.Whisk to combine well
  • Pour this mixture over the top of the meat and hash browns.Bake uncovered for 35 to 45 minutes, until the eggs are completely set.
