Ingredients

  • 1 c butter, softened
  • 2 c white sugar
  • 5 large Eggs
  • 2 c all-purpose flour
  • ¼ c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 large lemon, zested

How To Make FRESH LEMON BUNDT CAKE

Prepare the oven and preheat to 165 degrees C or 325 degrees F.

Sprinkle flour in a tube pan.

In a large mixing bowl, add sugar and butter. Beat until well blended.

Add eggs and flour gradually, then and beat every addition.

Add lemon zest and lemon juice and beat until well combined.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared tube pan and spread it evenly.

Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 55 minutes or until done.

Remove from the oven and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Serve and enjoy!
